1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate; a false date of birth results in permanent removal.
2. Your content
You own the videos, photos and text you upload. You grant Hookly a limited licence to host, process and display that content to other members as part of the service.
3. Verification & moderation
All profile media is reviewed before it becomes visible. We may reject or remove content that breaches our Community Guidelines, and suspend accounts pending investigation.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium renews automatically until cancelled. Payments made via mobile money or card are processed by licensed providers; refunds follow our published refund policy.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, with a 30-day grace period before permanent removal. We may restrict or terminate accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk.
